The Co-existence of Agile & CMMI
As organizations strive for true agility in delivering software solutions that rapidly adapt to evolving business needs, many are increasingly embracing Agile methodologies. At the same time, they recognize the importance of establishing a strong, internationally recognized quality framework, such as CMMI, to foster continuous improvement and ensure consistency in processes.
In today’s globalized environment, marked by fast-changing market dynamics, heightened customer expectations, and the pressure to optimize costs, organizations face the challenge of balancing agility with a solid quality framework.
While Agile and CMMI are often seen as opposing methodologies, there is a growing realization that both can coexist and complement each other. However, finding the right balance between them remains a significant challenge for many organizations.
To address this challenge, we have designed a workshop on co-existence of Agile and CMMI to provide:
- A foundational understanding of both CMMI and Agile methodologies.
- Clarity on the common myths surrounding the co-existence of Agile and CMMI.
- Practical insights on how to successfully integrate Agile practices with CMMI principles.
