This ensures that PA Development is taken up in a structured manner and is firmly entrenched in the organization through Piloting and Institutionalization. An organization’s readiness for the final appraisal is measured through various means including Documentation Reviews, Interviews, Spot Checks, and Pre-Appraisal.
