Bill PerryWilliam E. Perry, Founder
William E. Perry founded the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) in 1980 and was the Executive Director of the institute for 28 years.  Prior to QAI, William spent 15 years with the Eastman Kodak Company in various MIS management positions. He is the author of over 50 books dealing with quality assurance in the data processing field.  He is the primary author of the QA Practices Manual, QA Manager’s Handbook, and the Quality Assurance Skills Manual, and is the author of Auerbach Publishers’ Standard for Software Testing and Auditing Computer Applications.

Navyug Mohnot, CEO
Navyug Mohnot is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. After his B.Tech from IIT, he went to the US on a fellowship, to do a PhD from the University of Rochester. He returned to India and set up QAI India to evangelize the concepts of Process and Quality. Over the years, QAI has pioneered the deployment of best practices in the area of Operational Excellence.

Navyug has been awarded the IIT Alumni Award for “Outstanding Contribution to National Development”. In a survey by Dataquest, the leading IT trade press publication, he was recognized as 1 of the 50 leaders who have shaped and are shaping the Indian IT industry.

Under Navyug’s stewardship, QAI has grown from a single location entity to a trans global organization with offices all over the world including USA, UK, India and China It has also gone on to become a thought leader in this space and a very respected brand.

Navyug has spoken at various conferences around the world and he is a TiE Charter Member, a mentor on the NASSCOM Emerge Forum and on the editorial advisory board of India for India’s first journal on consulting titled “Consulting Ahead.” He has been a judge on IBM’s “Great Minds Challenge” and holds the distinction of being appointed as a visiting professor to College of Computing and Communication Engineering (CCCE) of The Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (GUCAS).

Dan He has over 15 years of experience in software and system development, quality initiatives of process improvement and expertise in CMM implementation. He is SEISMAuthorized SCAMPI High Maturity Lead AppraiserSM. He is also the first CSQA in China.

As a CMMI quality and strategy planning consultant, Dan He has helped organizations with CMMI Based Gap Analysis, CMMI Maturity Profile Definition and CMMI Formal Readiness Check. His training expertize span strategy planning, CMMI, Software Quality Assurance, Software Configuration Management, and Project Management. He has been a key contributor in the planning of the Quality initiative programs in various organizations and guiding project teams towards quality system implementation.

Dan He has been the guiding force behind QAI in China.

Over 25 years, QAI has undertaken 700 hundred customer journeys across 30 countries.
