The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) has evolved from the learning, feedback and experience of software organizations across the world that deployed various models (ISO, CMMI etc.) for improving their processes. There are different levels of a maturity model such as CMMI-DEV ML2, CMMI-DEV ML3, CMMI-DEV ML4 and CMMI-DEV ML5 etc.

Apart from integrating the software and systems engineering areas, the model links it to the organization’s business objectives and also maintains a focus on meeting customer expectations. QAI provides CMMI Consulting, Training and Appraisal services to assist organizations in their quality journey.

Consulting

QAI offers consulting intervention to help organizations in successfully undertaking their CMMI journey. QAI has 11 Lead Appraisers, authorized by the Software Engineering Institute (SEISM) to conduct CMMI appraisals. This is one of the largest group of Lead Appraisers in a single organization, outside the USA.
