Workshop Overview
This two day workshop is a mix of case driven, instructor-led, and self-paced learning, designed to enable participants learn, experiment and implement the concepts of good governance and compliance – the process, methods, and the tool for doing it more efficiently, and effectively.
To enable a thorough hands-on of the concepts taught in the class room, the course is structured around a set of formal case studies. To provide a reference to the industry accepted best practice, participants would be trained on the Common Body of Knowledge of QAI Global Institute.
