Service Management- Appraisal Services

QAI is authorized by ISACA to conduct the Official Introduction to CMMI Training, which is a mandatory requirement for an organization to undergo the final appraisal – Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI^SM) and to conduct SCAMPI^SM appraisals.

Pre-Appraisal

This is a readiness check conducted by QAI’s SEI^SM Lead Assessor, based on the same guidelines of SCAMPI^SM. This acts like a mock assessment. It gives the organization a flavor of how the actual appraisal would look like and helps the organization in knowing if they are ready for the formal appraisal or not thereby reducing the risk of failure in the final appraisal.

Formal Appraisal

QAI offers the formal SCAMPI A appraisal for its clients. QAI has a team of 8 highly experienced, SEI^SM Authorized Lead Appraisers having a cumulative experience of having conducted more than 250 Appraisals/Assessments.
