TRIZ Advanced Certification Program
This program has been designed for core staff of the organization and is based on a combination of instructor led training, online modules and one-on-one mentoring.
Program structure and Methodology
QAI Global Institute follows a blended learning approach to ensure effectiveness of learning through a mix of online courses blended with instructor led sessions.
- Duration: 4 months Training + 2-3 months for Project
- Online learning content: More than 120 hours
- Instructor Led Training: 16 contact sessions to introduce concepts, review earlier assignments and resolve queries.
- Each session will involve 2.5 hours of training on new concepts onsite
- Additional 2.5 hours onsite will be spent in discussing assignments and answering queries
- Offsite review of assignments by Instructor: 1 hour per participant for each session
- Certification requirements
- The students have to successfully clear the benchmarks set for submission of assignments for each training module.
- Live Project: Students have to demonstrate application of concepts learnt on one live project of significant value to the organization
- Additionally, each student will be required to submit evidence every week on the effort put in to maintain the Lifestyle of a Creative Person.
