TRIZ Advanced Certification Program

This program has been designed for core staff of the organization and is based on a combination of instructor led training, online modules and one-on-one mentoring.

Program structure and Methodology

QAI Global Institute follows a blended learning approach to ensure effectiveness of learning through a mix of online courses blended with instructor led sessions.

  • Duration: 4 months Training + 2-3 months for Project
  • Online learning content: More than 120 hours
  • Instructor Led Training: 16 contact sessions to introduce concepts, review earlier assignments and resolve queries.
    • Each session will involve 2.5 hours of training on new concepts onsite
    • Additional 2.5 hours onsite will be spent in discussing assignments and answering queries
    • Offsite review of assignments by Instructor: 1 hour per participant for each session
  • Certification requirements
    • The students have to successfully clear the benchmarks set for submission of assignments for each training module.
    • Live Project: Students have to demonstrate application of concepts learnt on one live project of significant value to the organization
    • Additionally, each student will be required to submit evidence every week on the effort put in to maintain the Lifestyle of a Creative Person.

The split of content as per the blended model of learning is shown in table below.
